EL KAP Marine Epoxy

Technical Details

EL KAPITAN MARINE EPOXY is a two-component epoxy that exhibits excellent adhesion and flexibility. When applied on wood, it renders the wooden surface impervious to water. In its cured state, it hardens and toughens the wood making it resistant to natural elements like salt, spray and sun, among others.

FEATURES

* The competitive edge of EL KAPITAN lies in its being an ALL-IN-ONE product. Unlike other brands where another non-sagging variant is required, EL KAPITAN is complete as it is also used for non-sagging applications.
* With more spreadable consistency versus other brands.
* With excellent flexibility. EL KAPITAN allows for reasonable movement and motion of wooden joints without the epoxy film cracking or losing adhesion.
* Hardens and toughens the wooden surface making it resistant to cracks even when there is impact from hard objects at sea like rocks, strong waves or the hulls of other marine vessels.
* Tinting color may be added to EL KAPITAN to give it color. NO NEED FOR TOPCOAT.
